I was stuck with him as my court appointed lawyer and he is not helping, hasn't helped and I feel done worse for my case than good.

If I could give no stars I would if this is your lawyer I would consider immediately firing him right away and requesting or hiring another lawyer because this man will not fight for you what's so ever. You would think after being in his career for decades he'd know a thing or two but that's not the case and in my opinion he works in favor of the courts/state attorneys.He even told my wife I deserved to be in jail because I accidentally missed 1 court date plus the bias looks of discuss and hatred he gives you says a lot.
