Extremely professional and knowledgeable
Didn't return calls promptly and had a simple basic standard strategy which did not fit my case which could have been easily won but for using a cookie cutter approach. His policy is that the CHRO is the beginning and ending of a case when in fact it's only the beginning. Poor effort on his part.
