Since the very beginning of my visitation/custody case it seemed as if Mr frisco was more interested in helping my child's mom more than hearing my concerns or even listening to what is going on with the child. His receptionist is very rude. They sent me an email reminding me of my court date and I find out my case is dismissed because they gave me the wrong date in the email. Mr. Frisco served as my divorce lawyer about 4 years ago. From the moment of the consultation, he explained to me what my options were and the projected costs. He asked for a lot paperwork, but he explained the reasons why all of it was needed. One of the things I will remember most about dealing with Mr. Frisco was the fact that during the consultation, he mentioned to me that a person making my salary should be in much better economic standing than I was.
