Highly recommend Nick. I appreciated his professionalism and transparency of what to be prepared for, outcomes, or advice (even if it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear it was what I NEEDED to hear - and that’s exactly what you are paying for). Given my complex situation, everything I went for, it was ruled in my favor.
I would not recommend Nicholas Dillard. Paid him in full up front and was reassured multiple times it was enough for my court case. While in court, he was unprepared and turns out he failed to file proper paperwork during divorce proceedings. This negatively affected me and I was ordered to pay a lot more in child support. Nick Dillard is by far one of the brightest and most knowledgeable attorneys practicing family law. He is untainted by the corrupt family judicial system and never misses! I to am a father in Montgomery county fighting a 2 year battle for the truth. Nick has stood by my side where others would have walked away. Nicholas Dillard is a boss in the courtroom. His professionalism, legal knowledge and expertise in is the reason my son-in-law was awarded primary of his kids, which for fathers, is a rare occurrence in Montgomery County. For 3 days, I watched him skillfully question and cross examine witnesses to uncover the truth. I will always be grateful to Nick for reuniting my 3 precious grandchildren with their father, who was clearly the more stable parent.
I recently observed Nick in a child custody hearing and was highly impressed by his quick arguments, professionalism and legal knowledge. It was clearly evident he was well prepared for the trial.
