Just want to share my experience and let you judge for yourself. We have tried contacting Mrs. Fletcher regarding the immigration service we hired her for. After many attempts and many promises that she would send us the e-mail showing she filed she did not. We just received a call from her office explaining we have 2 options. 1, Make an appointment with her to see if we could get a refund 2.
