Court order, he described my ex to the T, recommended the RED book for my ex, what for?!? So I would not use it in court!! What for oh wait just for the money!!! It’s all he used us for!! If I could give negative stars I would. Mr.Sossi failed to notify me of court dates, calling the day of court, while everyone was at the courthouse saying "we forgot to tell you there was court today, can you come in." Ridiculous. He charged me a flat fee and said "we just need to get this in front of a judge" before I retained him, and then dragged my case on for 2 years, then told me "we could go in front of a judge, but you'll probably not get what you want" then Mr.Sossi coerced me into signing something I didn't agree t... read more
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This attorney should never be appointed as an amicus in any custody or family court matter. He did not advocate for my son’s best interest, refused to mediate, and prolonged the case for over four years — clearly more focused on collecting fees than helping a child.
