Highly disappointed in Mr.Simmons. Thought he’d turn out to be amazing. We had reached out to him in October. We was unsure if we wanted to do business with him at first. His demeanor can be hit or miss depends how you take people. Kinda eccentric but seems knowledgeable. Dr. Gregory House vibes. However, we felt he knew his stuff and could help us through our case. Awesome Job. Affordable service and great work. Mark was able to get the murder charges dismissed and have the indecent exposure charges reduced to jaywalking.
Mark was amazingly thoughtful to my personal situation, over the top with words of knowledge and very caring and direct. He was with me throughout the whole process and I was never left to wonder on my thoughts which is what I needed during this court case. He was very attentive and I believe he represented me well and respectfully. He was also down to earth and understand the back story to my situation and was a lawyer when needed and a friend when needed. I would choose him again to represent my and my case any time.
Even though my current situation is a train wreck, Mark provided a lot of his time today trying to help me navigate my situation. I will use him in the future for any contracts I need to look over before ever signing one! Thanks for your time today!
I retained Mr. Simons services back in 2017 when I opened my business. My former employers lawyer tried to insinuate and make threats that I was not allowed to conduct business within a 100 mile radius of his clients business. Mr. Simons understood the issue and proceeded to educate the lawyer on the actual law in Virginia and I was no longer bothered by my former employer.
