I first met Thomas Mallon and his staff about four years ago . My father who was very frail and elderly was assaulted by a police officer . Without going into very personal details of this case we were extremely lucky and fortunate to have representation from Thomas Mallon . He was extremely kind and patient with dad. Mr mallon believed in my sons innocents and believed in him . My son had a horrible experience in seaside heights he was beaten arrested and falsly accused. Mr mallon fought in seaside he was found not guilty except for one charge,he then appealed in superior court and won the appeal. We then took them to federal court and sued them and won. With the grace of god,and Tom mallon everything went in favor of my son and justice was done thank god!
