She drafted a letter for me. The result of her help did not move the needle(not much she could do given the circumstances to be fair). However, it also seems that with documentation that I sent her, if it was reviewed the issue would have been caught before sending a letter for me. Attention to detail was a problem for me. Outside of that she’s very responsive, and works fast
