As the reviews below me reveal, Mr Fletcher is one of the best defense attorneys in the country if not the best. His level of professionalism is out of this world. When i received a DAT for assault ( a crime i did not commit ), i thought the world was over. Mr Fletcher kept reassuring me everything will be okay. He responded to my emails almost immediately. Professional is an understatement when it comes to Lance Fletcher! Not once did I feel that being out of state was a detriment to me or to my case. Lance handled my case as if we had known each other all of our lives. I was obviously visiting NYC with a friend when my incident occurred. I hired this lawyer in the summer of 2013 to represent me in a dui case this was the worst idea possible this lawyer charged me $3000 in promised me that he would get my case thrown out, what actually happened was he showed up late to both court dates, responded to emails late and pretty much suckered me out of my money. He did a very poor job representing me and representing my case. After 35 years of working as a forensic psychologist in Europe and the West Coast of the U.S., I know a thing or two about picking a good defense attorney. While in NYC as a tourist I found myself arrested. I picked Mr. Fletcher because of his professionalism and good working relationship. He is a former prosecutor in the very Court where my case would be handled. He made every Court appearance himself and was very responsive to my needs. So take it from a pro: Hire this guy!
Stop looking around the Internet and just read. I just got a new job and my coworkers took me out for a celebration. We went out for drinks and to make matters worse, I started drinking shots.
