Yeah absolutely not. I spoke with another attorney who seems far more equipped to handle this case. This atty tells me in a very panicked way oh you’ll have to do this or that telling me the worst case scenarios. Luckily I found one I clicked with who is more than willing to handle the matter in a civilized, calm manner than freaking out trying to sell me his services urgently.
