Keith answered all of my husbands questions and provided clear advice on how to move forward with my mother-in-laws care as she ages.
If I could give a zero I would due to the unprofessionalism that has not changed from a previous review. Attorney Keith Miles lost a client because he responds without reading for understanding. My sister was willing to come in person with her ID because she doesn't have a relationship with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal and this attorney became rude in his communication about a general question not specific to any person that he didn't want to even find out about.
