He seems great looking at his reviews but I've called him three times over a 3 week period and he WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL! Very frustrating! If he doesn't want to take my case he could at least have his office call and let me know. Rude!

I pray that you never have a miserable conflict with a contractor, but if you do, Joseph Gruchawka is the person to turn to. Our general contractor violated our contract and also didn't pay some of his subcontractors, even though we had already payed him. Of course, they all came after us.
