TERRIBLE communication. I used him for my child custody/support case and would go MONTHS without any communication regardless of how many calls or emails I sent. Once the case was concluded, Joseph provided NO information on next steps and has left my case open for months after the documents were signed, making me unable to proceed with my agreements the with the petitioner. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
I hired Joseph Baker to represent me in my high-conflict divorce, expecting a competent and proactive attorney. Instead, I was met with delays, poor communication, and a lack of urgency that had serious consequences for me and my child. Due to Attorney Baker’s failure to file time-sensitive motions, my child was allowed to relocate out of state before a proper hearing could take place , making an already difficult situation even worse. Incredibly horrendous service. Inability to make good on communication and commitments. Four months of wasted time in a time sensitive situation, failed to listen or adjust legally so much so had to be dropped for another attorney. Would not recommend.
