I was hoping this could have been a better experience. Getting out of tax debt is scary. I was about $7000 into expense with this firm on a fairly simple offer in compromise with the IRS. Admittedly, there were 2 issues where they had to provide proof of payments that I made.that were my "fault", thus "extra" expenses. Because I.gave umbrage with the way they were tearing through my funds before we were even through the process in a way I found unacceptable, they quit on me, saying I insulted them. Great experience working with the Portland office! All staff interactions were friendly and helpful. Jonathan is extremely knowledgable in his area of expertise and was very responsive. My legal matter was resolved quickly and successfully in my favor!
