I was hoping this could have been a better experience. Getting out of tax debt is scary. I was about $7000 into expense with this firm on a fairly simple offer in compromise with the IRS. Admittedly, there were 2 issues where they had to provide proof of payments that I made.that were my "fault", thus "extra" expenses. Because I.gave umbrage with the way they were tearing through my funds before we were even through the process in a way I found unacceptable, they quit on me, saying I insulted them.
