I do not understand why this firm has such high ratings. In 2014, while exercising at a crosswalk at St. Charles and Carrollton Avenue, I was run over by a streetcar at about 12PM. The operator had a history of running over someone else before this. My injuries were catastrophic: a split scalp, my nose moved under my left eye, a cracked spine, and severe lacerations all over my body.
