Update to DO NOT HIRE JOHN BURTON May 15th 2019 - I just checked the the trademark website and they have a record of my filing from May 10th. However, still no record of an application filed by John Burton. Even after paying him $2100.00 up front. I'm not surprised because John never filed an application with the trademark office. I got an update from the State Bar today. They have reached out to John by phone and email but he still hasn't gotten back with them. You really should call them John because this isn't going away.... read more
Have never spoken to this guy & would rather give him a zero, if possible. Left a message on his voicemail over 1 week ago & no reply. Not worth any more effort with this guy except to post review to save others the time.
I called with a case I needed represented in. A case in which he agreed I would win. He then strongly suggested I just send demand letters to get the case settled.
