At first I thought Mr.Spellacy was the type of lawyer who sell a person dreams,but his court performance dictated the good lawyer that he is. Never judge a book by its cover because you might miss out on a beseller.
Mr Spellacy is hands down the the best defense attorney in the State of Florida. I wouldn't say that if it weren't true. Having to deal with legal issues with little to no money, most lawyers don't even want to waste their time with that "free consult" they always offer. I've talked to literally dozens of lawyers all over Florida. Many are willing to work with you on payments but charge half or more down on astronomical rates. Before he represented my son, there were two attorneys that were representing my son with no success. Once John took over the case he was always transparent and involved in my son’s case.
