Very rude!! When I called the woman I spoke to kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain everything about my S.S.I appeal, she would not let me finish explain anything, and had an attitude with me. I don't see how they are top rated when they have employees like that! Definitely going to seek help elsewhere with people who actually care!!
