My son was a CINC (child in need of care) case. Jennifer was court appointed. She never filed anything on my behave. I wasn't told anything about my son, nor was I given copies of case plans. She was late to appointments or didn't show up. She told me she thought it was grounds to have the case dismissed which gave me hope. The next day she was 30 mins late. Worst lawyer I have ever had to work with. Do not go to her, if placed with her, get another lawyer as so as possible.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I gave her $3,000.00 and got nothing in return.When I asked for my money back, she said it was gone but would not give any evidence of how it was spent, even though the Contract said there would be monthly statements. Late for every meeting (even the ones in her own office) and she was completely unprepared and unaware of what was going on. STAY AWAY!
Jennifer Spangler is amazing at what she does! She takes great care of her clients and goes to great lengths to protect victims of abuse as they should be. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone trying to escape from their abuser and get a fair chance in court. Thank you Jennifer Spangler for being a protector and a professional attorney at law.
If I could I’d give 0 stars. I can’t even get ahold of her to fire her. I’ve been calling her sense april and went to the office during buisness hours. Super unprofessional. She has all the paperwork for a probate case for my late stepfather and now I have to order another death certificate so I can go to somewhere else.
