As a broker I've dealt with many Real Estate attorneys. This is one of the worst. Use someone else. Don't return phone calls, emails and guess what...no commission check and can't seem to get it replaced. Telling me its been in the mail since the 19th means its lost! or you didnt send it. I suppose the ABA would like this info too.
Great Experience - Highly recommend I'm an investor in the area and recently used Attorney Radford and his staff for a real estate closing. Everything went very smoothly. Vickie on his staff was amazing and I highly recommend this firm. The transaction was so smooth that we are going to use them again for an upcoming transaction.
Documents not emailed until COB Friday for a real estate contract that expired the PREVIOUS Tuesday. Name was misspelled throughout documents, making them legally unusable. Tried to contact firm for corrected documents. Firms call tree requires a direct extension or a search by last name. Kelly Weeks did not include her extension nor is she listed on the by name search.
Important documents were emailed to me a week ago to be signed and returned by today. I had no clue they were coming. No one called to let me know. They went straight to a spam folder that doesn't even show up on my sidebar. Had KELLY WEEKS followed up with a simple phone call to me or our real estate agent at any time in the last week the entire process surrounding the sale of our home wouldn't have been in jeopardy. Terrible Service Their service is so poor and frustrating. I was selling a house and I had to call them all the time to see what was going on wih my closing. In spite of my requests, they never called me back. The buyers called all the shots. These attorneys did not advocate for me. Every time I asked a question they were unable to answer and actually shrugged their shoulders in response to a question when I was in their office. I emiled Atty. Radford and never got a reply.
