I hired Jason Perash back in 12/22. I have dealt with other attorneys for other things. In 3yrs I have spoken to him maybe 6 or 7xs. Considering he does not answer telephone calls or emails in a timely fashion or not at all. He made a lot of promises but did not come through. He waited out the 3 yrs. I was told the night b4 around 10pm they I had my first and only deposition was at 10am the following morning and to read a paper of what not to say. I had no prep time with him. Jason Perash is extremely unprofessional. He doesn't answer calls in a timely manner. And is quite disrespectful, would never do business with him again.
Jason hired me to perform some Process serving for his firm out of state. Job was done as he asked and invoiced Five emails later over a three month period and have yet to get a response from Jason. When i called the office to inquire the admin told me they have these type of calls all the time. Please pay your bills Jason. Edit: April of 2025 Jason responds almost two years later asking me to delete this review and he will pay me. Nah, keep your money Jason I don't need it. Find another lawyer people.
