This guy is a Joke! Harold Beck says he has experience, compassion, and focused knowledge after hiring him I found out he lacked all of that. After our initial consultation he made all of these promises and then he had me write down everything I wanted him to do for me and told me that none of it would be an issue as I was only requesting basic child support changes/modifications.
