I would highly recommend going to a different law firm. Not only did Gretchen give little to no communication she also lied about the whole process. Her attitude as well was beyond professional when called and asked questions. No updates were ever given and when they were they were last minute. Take your business elsewhere because you will not get the outcome that you're told you would have in the beginning.
