I consulted with Attorney Gretchen Hall about my active workers’ compensation case. After our phone call she told me to have my current attorney withdraw so she could take over; I did so and my prior attorney formally withdrew. She said her office would send an intake packet, but I never received it and she has not responded to follow-up messages. This left me temporarily without representation in an active case. I found this lack of communication and follow-through unprofessional and concerning.
She is an amazing lawyer. Made sure I was taken care of and well compensated. Thank you a lot Gretchen.
