Worst possible choice. Custody with ex and hired Eric to represent the case. Would have done better representing myself because he likely made it worse. Before mediation, we went to court for time sharing. We got the court date. Ex and I are sitting in an empty court room. He doesn’t even try to make any effort on my behalf. Goes into the back room for an hour with the judge and opposing attorney. No discussions of what’s expected. Comes out and says I get to see my kids at a restaurant for 2 hours a week… this guy is a comp... read more
Eric was a terrible choice for my custody case. Horrible communication, horrible execution, and to make it worse didn’t even realize who he was representing at court, he mixed me up with another client and vice versa. I definitely felt unheard and uncared for as I should have had an easy case with the amount of documentation of wrong doing from my significant other.
Absolutely infuriating he calls himself a laywer. Im so glad I switched attorney's (shout out to Min Ohye from Oviedo, Fl for being top notch and fixing mr reyes mess). So not only did his office not file proper paper work but also he didnt show up to court for a show cause. Ended up getting the divorce case dismissed....and didnt even tell me. I was told by assistant Connie which I have in email "the court system is backed up and it was faster to refile" I wish it was a joke but it wasn't in which I suffered financial loss ... read more
