Her main strategy is to attempt to freeze all accounts of the other party during a divorce, because her only shot at coming out ahead is to make sure she doesn't go against a competent attorney. Because of these shady tactics it is now years later and I still have accounts with a freeze on them and have to jump through numerous hoops because she has no other plan. Elisse Woelfel was amazing. After struggling for more than two years with my ex to pay support and follow through on his end of our custody agreement, going through mediation he agreed to but refused to then sign, and generally suffering through his attempts to control me through the kids, I was at wit's end.
