We recently had a terrible experience with Brian Fogarty. He has been very elusive and unwilling to answer questions my brother and I have had for him. My mother made the mistake of hiring him before she passed and he seems to have no answers for any important questions. He took 10% of the value of my Mother's estate and I still haven't seen any documentation of what he did or even a copy of my Mother's will.
