We recently had a terrible experience with Brian Fogarty. He has been very elusive and unwilling to answer questions my brother and I have had for him. My mother made the mistake of hiring him before she passed and he seems to have no answers for any important questions. He took 10% of the value of my Mother's estate and I still haven't seen any documentation of what he did or even a copy of my Mother's will. I refer cases to Brian and Frank all the time. Brian is my go-to source for any issues relating to estate planning, probate or bankruptcy. I referred a good friend to Frank for a divorce and Frank did a great job. When my clients have these types of issues, I send them to Devane, Fogarty and Ribezzo.

Frank represented my daughters father in making changes to our custody agreement. Unlike my lawyer, Frank was competent and straight to the point. Our schedule can be confusing but he understood it clearly, thankfully for me! I wish I had hired him. My lawyer still couldn't tell you the schedule even if he was looking at his notes.. I don't usually write reviews but considering the absolute awful experience I had on my end, I thought it was appropriate to give credit when credit is due.
