We had a phone call and explained issue with our neighbor. She was very happy to accept the case. Once I sent her the fees for her work 500$, she disappeared. She replied to my email after 3 days with excuses. If you are busy you should not have accepted the case from the beginning. After waiting for months without she doing anything , we told her that we no longer need your service and to cancel all contracts between us.
