When I phoned Denise Nordheimer about a situation, she suggested I do a one-hour consultation with her for $350. A few weeks after the consult, I decided to go thru with litigation. Denise stated she wasn't taking on new cases. I told her that she should have made me aware of this BEFORE the consultation. Now, I have to start from scratch with a new attorney! I thought this was terrible on her part. If you're not taking on new cases, you shouldn't bother with the consultation, unless the consult is free!
