Very disappointed in this attorney. Went to him 5 years ago for a will. He recommended. I also do a transfer of death deed. Five years later I get a letter from the Assessor’s office that the deed needed to be corrected as he had crossed a sentence out which is not allowed. Called this attorney. He said he was out of town and would call me in a few days. Never received a phone call even after I called and texted him several times.
