He is extremely arrogant david Higdon JD he acts like it is a complete imposition to even talk to you for 2 minutes about possible representation. In a criminal case, he seems to be very judgmental and pro prosecution. When discussing a criminal case, please be aware. He has never represented me in a criminal manner. David got me through my divorce and even an appeal. It was such a long process but I appreciate his patience as it wasn’t our faults it was lengthy. Overall, happy with the outcome.
Hey it is very understanding, he listens to what you have to say and he will be blunt and ask you questions maybe that make you uncomfortable or can but he doesn't in away that helps you feel comfortable he's very easy to work with matter of fact I am one of his clients and we'll see how court turns out.
