I contacted David Deal's office because a client had only paid part of their invoice and yet were using the photos I took. My efforts to recover the last half of the invoice were met with stalling and being ignored. Upon Mr Deal getting involved, I received final payment and an apology (that hadn't been requested) without needing to sue and involve the courts. Having worked with other attorneys elsewhere to pursue photo copyright infringers our report is that the attorney may or may not know intellectual property law, but he failed to follow instructions, refused to answer questions, and then quite abruptly putting the company in an untenable position. We do not recommend this company.
