Unfortunately 1 Star is not a low enough rating for this guy right here. I have a family member that got screwed. This lawyer lost his paperwork and there were stakes a matter. He did not fight and probably wouldn’t lift a finger for you. I would say beware and this law office is the type that gives lawyers a bad reputation.
You'd be way better off doing the job yourself then hiring on this sorry excuse of a lawyer. I wouldn't even remotely consider this guy or his so called team of "professionals" who are just random people hired on to answer emails and pick up phone calls and do other small pointless paper work at his office, which they charge you for, they charge you for literally everything they possibly can because that's the only way I imagine he makes any money. I hired Mr Carroll for a probate matter. He failed to notify me about some communications from the other attorney which resulted in my loss of a chance to pick out family heirlooms to keep. They were sold at a cheesy estate sale that I was warned against even going to, and maybe try and at least buy some family pieces. I ended up not receiving even one photograph of my deceased family members. Stay away from this one or you might likely be heartbroken as well.
Is it your policy to not answer your clients? To take payment yet not deliver on your services? To leave a job unfinished? I'm just asking these questions since that's what I've been reliably informed from one of your recent clients.
