With my experience, cynthia has been great! She's very responsive to my inquiries (which is a pet peeve of mine if someone isn't). She completed my paperwork quickly, explains things thoroughly and really made me feel like she has my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking counsel.
No communication, can only talk to secretary if they ever even answer the phone. The process has taken 7 months! Lost all my paperwork and had to start over. Has been the worst experience I could ever imagine. Going to find a new attorney.. Never work with Melody you will be worse off than when you started
