I had an issue with a neighbor. Mr. Blumberg was not able to assist me with my particular situation, but he sat down and patiently heard me out, even after knowing that he wouldn’t be able to assist. He then offered me suggestions. If he is this patient with an individual that he knows he’s not going to make a dollar off of, I can only imagine how attentive he will be to an actual client.
