Untrustworthy. They could not care less about helping anyone. Constantly waste your time over extended period. Fail to read or understand basic matters.
What a waste of time! This lawyer has my mobile number. On my day off work, I drove the 1.5h from Newcastle to Erina for a 9:30am appointment on a Monday morning. I arrived in good time and at 9:20am I called as I couldn't locate the office. I was told by the secretary, "Conrad isn't in today, he's sick. I haven't had the chance to call you yet."
