Let's face it Reality is the one who wins is the Attorney. I hope you can amicably work out difference and avoid the need for a lawyer. My experience, after receiving a final invoice with a zero balance (20,000 paid) the other party was ordered to pay 1200 in attorney fees. I was told by Attorney Carima that I would pay her fees and if we were awarded anything after I paid her that that would go to me.
