If I could give a negative review, I most definitely would. Ms. Misocky was referred to us by a reputable family law firm in the Charlotte area because they did not handle adoptions. Having been given this referral, we had no reason to question her professionalism or ability to provide us with the services we needed. That was our first mistake. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Long story short, she did nothing, took the $2,000 and ran with it. This was summer 2017, it is summer 2018 and we have heard absolutely nothing from her. $2,000 is a lot for my family. Please people save your money and DO NOT for whatever reason hire her.
I would recommend everyone stay away from Christi. We hired her to do our daughter's adoption. She moved offices multiple times and changed phone numbers all without telling her clients. She went long periods of time with no communication to us. Would not return calls or emails-we thought she skipped town. She lost paperwork and made multiple mistakes on the paperwork she filed which caused major delays in the process.
