Charles B. Smith is a good lawyer. Not so long ago I needed some help and a friend recommended him to me. After doing my own research I felt that he was a good fit for myself and my case. He zealously represented me and I would definitely recommend him in the future to friends, family and associates. After all life is about who you know not what you have.
People are too quick to judge on one negative review. BUT READ THIS: Theres more than one attorney with the last name Smith and these awful reviews are accusing the wrong guy!! I THOUGHT MY SON'S LIFE WAS OVER..until we spoke with Charles. One day, my son made a horrible decision to do something he would regret for years to come. Luckily, no one was physically hurt, but the crime was committed and now we were scrambling. Charles is a great lawyer. Nothing but good experience. I had two dui arrests and he was able to help me keep my license for almost a year after my arrest which allowed me to figure out my transportation to work and got me the best possible scenario for my case. I’m extremely appreciative for his help.
Dealt with him a while back. He helped when no one else would even give advice. He spent a lot of extra time to make sure we got a positive outcome for our issue.
