Catherine Roberts did not defend my daughter or my two grandsons. She repeatedly refused to enter evidence of their abuse--subjecting them to even more abuse by the kids' father. In court, the judge challenged Catherine about why she didn't enter evidence of abuse. Her response was a shrug and comment "it was too much work." Do not waste your money on this attorney who cannot keep her cases organized nor represent you as you deserve in court.
Terrible lawyer. Takes money from one side of the divorce while secretly working for the other side. Should be disbarred!
Catherine and Marilyn helped every step of the way and completely delivered. I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend, especially being a father in a child case they really helped me out.
I was barely hanging on when I spoke to Catherine. My ex took my child it was progressing off and on and it got to the point where I no longer had parenting rights. I found a referral service and they sent me info on Catherine. I called and spoke to Catherine on Super Bowl Sunday. She took my call of all things which impressed me so much.
