I haven't used for their actual use. But I did win in one of their giveaways recently. they were amazing because someone had made a fake profile claiming to be me and received the e-gift card. When they realized what had happened they were quick to respond to me letting me know what had happened and still of course gave me the gift card. I like how quick they were to handling the situation and making me aware of the situation. they were very nice and responsive.
