Brian is an outstanding attorney, He is direct and to the point but does offer sound legal guidance. Brian was willing to take on my case when other lawyers wouldn't and he did successfully achieve a favorable outcome.
He never sent me my divorce decree. At a point in negotiations he said to me "I'm glad I'm not you"! Geezz even if you think that you shouldn't say it!
Brian Omalley handled a couple thing for me. I did a for sale by owner, a pension credit update for college money, and an estate deed made up to buy out my half of a house. He is a lawyer that answers the phone all the time unless extremely busy. He also does thing at a reasonable rate. A great guy to work with for any legal matter.
