Would not recommend. Arrived at a few proceedings unprepared. This has caused a delayed outcome by several months because we've had to reschedule a few times. Asked repeated questions a little bit differently using up time unnecessarily. Even the judge had to ask a few times for him to be prepared and wrap it up, which he didn't. We were supposed to finish up this last go around but we couldn't do that because of his unpreparedness and the witness he wanted to call got up and left mid-session.
Brandon foy is the best attorney in oregon. I was nervous at first, but he did his job and he did good by me. Thank you, Brandon foy.

Brandon's office was amazing at answering my questions. He was down to earth and I always felt like I was getting the answers I needed with no fluff.
I had an Assault 4 Dv Felony case. I was told by another law firm to go with Brandon Foy because of his experience with not being a defense attorney and a prosecuting attorney. I am so glad I did. I was a able to trust him fully. He was very tactical with opening and closing statements along with questioning and cross examination. He didn't cloud the the jury with useless information. Hopefully I will never be in that position but if I am I would use Brandon Foy again.
