He took a retainer fee from us, court was cancelled and he never returned our money after multiple requests. Scam.
This man is a class 1 con artist. He may HAVE been good at one point - but this man is a far cry from a good lawyer. Not only did he not do his job - this case in involved my 3 yr olds safety and his well-being. I came to this man for help to keep my child safe. So beware for parents going through the same issues - hire elsewhere. Also, he quit responding to calls/texts. There was never any parenting plan signed or ever written out. Mr Sipp has been asset with any legal encounter I have had.
I hired Brad Sipp in a criminal case he told me my case would never see the inside of a court room. He then lost a jury trial in a case a monkey could have won, there was no evidence against me and he still lost. Brad brought a cookie grabber to my court hearing. I basically bought an $8000 cookie and it was not even edible. Worst mistake I’ve ever made, hiring Brad Sipp.
Probably the worst attorney in all time and space. Everyone of the bad reviews posted about Bradley Sipp spoke facts and was profecy to what you could expect in terms of communication and corresponding.
