Mr. Gifford lied to commissioner Lynn Parker about a competency hearing which caused a lot of legal issues for me. He also failed to mention that he has a close relationship with Sonia Augusthy and the prosecutor in which Ms. Augusthy ( conflict of interest) lied and was taken off of the case. He failed to point out Ms. Augusthy errors. He also threatened to not show up at my court hearing then lied.
