This man is a great attorney but heavy influenced by his law enforcement acquaintances. Three different cases with three different people and a public defender would have gotten to the same result. If you want to spend money on an attorney use someone who isn’t affiliated with the state who Opposes you.
I just wanted to say that Ben Bollinger was definitely a blessing to our family. I had the best experience that I’ve ever had with an attorney. He was honest, caring, kind, and I just can’t say enough about the type of person that he is. His communication was great and he always returned my calls immediately. I hit a pothole in a golf cart and my son had gotten injured. And in this difficult time the police who I called for help charged me with culpable negligence at the hospital while my son was in the trauma center.
