Mr. Gibbs is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in O.C. Aggressive, competent, and very experienced. As an attorney who practices in areas other than criminal defense, he is my "go to guy" when somebody contacts me with a criminal law problem.
I received a DUI and I thought I had no choice but to plead guilty to it. I hired Mr. Gibbs and he felt I had a good chance of winning in court. I was a bit hesitant do to the fact I had interviewed another attorney who never suggested a trial. After much discussion I agreed to go to trial. He was really amazing! He won my case with a jury verdict of not guilty.
