Terrible experience with Barbara. She waited until the last minute to tell my cousin that she couldn't attend the court hearing because her mother was sick. While family emergencies happen, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. My cousin had no choice but to appear in court alone. The judge even commented that he was brave for showing up without an attorney. No phone calls, no emails, no updates, and no explanation about what would happen next. I would recommend reporting her if this happens to a family member.
She is a good lawyer

They are so unprofessional. She will start your case and abandon you in the middle of it. I paid her legal fees of $6,500 and she has refused to complete my sister’s case. I had to get a new lawyer, as she was not answering or returning my call and emails. The negative reviews you saw are true. Please don’t not go to her. She doesn’t care about her clients, all she wants is her complete payment.
