Arthur helped me navigate through my first legal matter and had the case dismissed. Would recommend him to anyone in the Frederick area for his expertise.
Avoid using this attorney at all cost. Not committed to clients at all based on my own experience. Talked down to during the consult and was told that I could find another lawyer. Well, I did! Good luck to anyone who uses this “Lawyer”
