I used Mr. Dunham last year as the probate lawyer for my uncle's estate. He was polite, informative, answered questions, and explained everything step by step. When the time came to sell the house, he and the realtor kept in touch with me so I would know what needed to be done to prep the house for showing. I would highly recommend him.
Very professional, helpful, and gets things done right the first time. I'd definitely recommend his services. He did a will for my wife and changed my trust, and his staff in his office were very nice too. Also, great communication and quick response time. This is how law offices should be.
Attorney Dunham was really professional and honest when he helped me. I had a situation that was so important to me. I let him know how important this document getting filed was to me. He could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars to file this document, but he didn't. Even though he knew how important it was to me. He literally just billed me for the half hour it took him to work on it. Very professional. Afterwards, I felt like I dealt with an honest person and will be happy to hire him in the future if needed.
I'd highly recommend working with Andrew Dunham. He was patient and helpful in every step of the process preparing our will and other essential documents. He's personable and makes the process easy to understand.
Mr Dunham is a fraud . He sold my fathers house and not one single time did he or the executor my fraud cousin contact me or my brother. No e-mails , no contact . I am the heir . Not my cousin . He’s rude and I plan on filing a grievance . The heirs were never informed Mr Dunham. I emailed you Mr Dunham . You ignored me .
